What Lumthera is

Lumthera is a small independent online store selling at-home skincare devices and topical skincare — red light wands, LED masks, facial massagers, serums and creams. We are based in, Florida, and we ship to customers across the United States.

How we work

We are an online-only business. We do not manufacture our own products — we select them from established suppliers and manufacturers, and they are shipped to you directly from our overseas fulfilment partner.

Every product we list is chosen because we think it does something genuinely useful in a daily routine. We do not claim our products are medical treatments, and we do not promise results we cannot stand behind.

What we will and won't say

Skincare results vary enormously from person to person — age, skin type, genetics, consistency and lifestyle all matter. Our products are cosmetic. They are not medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or nursing, or have an implanted medical device, please talk to a healthcare professional before using any beauty device.

If something goes wrong

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. We answer emails within 1–2 business days.
