Returns & Refunds
30-day money-back guarantee. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for any reason.
How to start a return
Email info@lumtherastore.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We reply within 1–2 business days. Once your return is approved we'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before requesting a return — packages sent without an approved request can't be processed.
Condition of returned items
Devices (wands, masks, massagers and other beauty tools) must come back in their original packaging with all accessories. Devices can be returned even if used, as long as they're undamaged and complete.
Topical products (serums, creams, masks, essences) can be returned unopened with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened topical skincare — except where a product caused a skin reaction, in which case contact us and we'll refund you regardless.
Return shipping costs
If an item arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we pay return shipping and send a prepaid label. For any other reason (changed your mind, didn't suit you), return shipping is at your own cost.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is wrong, email info@lumtherastore.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Non-returnable
Opened topical skincare (see above) · gift cards · anything requested more than 30 days after delivery.
Cancellations
Email us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund in full if the order hasn't shipped.
Refunds
We'll email you once your return has been received and inspected. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't seen it, contact info@lumtherastore.com.
