Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times

United States: 10–15 business days from dispatch. Our products are shipped from our overseas fulfilment partner, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We show this estimate before you check out so there are no surprises.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take 1–3 business days for tracking to become active.

Delays

Occasional delays can happen due to carrier backlogs, customs, or weather. If your order is more than 5 business days past the estimate, email info@lumtherastore.com and we'll chase it or refund you.

Returns

Free shipping applies to orders we send you. Return postage is covered by us only when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect — see our refund policy for the full details.
