How to use

Warm the skin first — a few minutes with a warm, damp cloth or after a shower makes a real difference. Start on the lowest suction level. Keep the head moving continuously in short glides; never hold it in one spot. Work for no more than a minute or two per area, once or twice a week. Finish with a hydrating serum or moisturiser.

Holding the device still, using too high a setting, or using it too often can cause temporary redness, bruising or broken capillaries. Keep it moving, build up gradually, and stop if your skin feels sore.

Avoid the eye area, lips, and any broken, sunburnt, inflamed or irritated skin. Do not use over active breakouts, cold sores, moles or raised blemishes. If you are using retinoids, acids or prescription skin treatments, or if you have rosacea, eczema or very fragile skin, check with a healthcare professional first.
